As Community Liaison for NuCare Senior Living, Emma Schlaefer combines creativity, empathy, and strong communication skills to build meaningful connections between families, residents, and the broader community. With a master’s degree in education

from UW–Madison and a background in teaching, content creation, and marketing, Emma brings a thoughtful and engaging approach to sharing NuCare’s mission.


She is passionate about supporting individuals through times of transition, ensuring every interaction reflects care and compassion.


Outside of work, Emma enjoys writing, attending live music events, and spending time with her husband and their black lab, Virgil.
